Line-up Extrema Outdoor 2010

Hi folks,

Extrema Outdoor is a electronic music festival held just outside Eindhoven in The Netherlands at a lake called Aquabest. It has several stages with progressive, house, techno, electro and other stuff.
This year's edition celebrates the 15th anniversary of the event and features a Cocoon label tent with editor-in-chief, mister Sven Väth himself at the deks with also live set from Extrawelt.
Born in Franfurt in 1964, he's 16 years old when he first spins the desk in a club. After playing multiple clubs he now owns Frankfurt's Cocoon Club and runs the label, with a yearly release of the summer hits in Ibiza's cocoon nights.
After many years, 'Papa Väth' still suprises his crowd and fans with his DJing skills.

Stromae - Alors on dance.

What a groove. It's the second single from Belgian-Rwandese hip-hop artist Stromae (anagram of Maestro). It was released in French-speaking part of Belgium in 2009 and later on in France, Switzerland. This year the rest of Europe follows. And don't try to resist it!

Alaska is back.

Laurent Garnier. A former staffer at the embassy in London, he began DJing in Manchester during the late 1980s and became by the following decade one of the best all-around DJ's in the world.

His first Alaska EP 'Lost in Alaska' was released in 1993 on the French FNAC label.

Now he's back with a new EP on Crosstown Rebels featuring two tracks typical Garnier with anthem-like grooves. Food for the dancefloors all over the world!

I turned the radio (stream) on this morning on my favorite channel, Belgium's finest radio station Studio Brussles and saw a link to the new Chemical Brother's track 'Escape Velocity'. I played it again and again and again. Amazing. I wonder wether the new album will be as good as this bomb. Enjoy.
